Care that goes beyond good intentions.
Community Care Training equips people in the church to walk alongside others who need biblical truth, healing, and care within a congregation guided by the Heart Attitudes.
CCT is a one-year training program focused on developing the practical skills, wisdom, and relational approach needed to care well for people in the midst of real-life struggles.
Through biblical teaching, case studies, role plays, and supervised practice, participants learn to listen well, engage meaningful conversations, apply Scripture wisely, and become a source of hope and help to those around them.
The goal
A healing church community.
The goal is to equip leaders with both a vision for creating a healing community and the practical skills to help people take meaningful steps toward growth and change. Participants learn to look beneath surface-level conversations, build relationships where people can be honest, and thoughtfully bring biblical truth to the situations people face.
CCT helps a church become a community where people are known, cared for, encouraged, and pointed toward the hope we have in Christ.
