More than a degree. Formation for a lifetime of ministry
A five-year ministry formation experience integrating theological education, character formation, personal mentoring, and hands-on service.
- How long
- 5 years
- Who it is for
- Men and women who believe God may be calling them into vocational ministry
Prepare for ministry that lasts.
Ministry preparation requires more than classroom knowledge. Leaders need sound theology, proven character, practical ministry skills, and trusted people who can speak into their lives along the way.
The Antioch Project is for men and women who believe God may be calling them into vocational ministry. The program combines personal study and theological education with real ministry responsibility, ongoing mentoring, coaching, discussion, and application within the local church.
Theological education in the context of real ministry.
Participants do not have to choose between serious theological education and practical ministry formation. Antioch integrates both, helping future ministry leaders develop the biblical understanding, character, relationships, and skills needed to serve faithfully for the long term.
Through 17:6 Network's partnership with Northwest College and Seminary, qualifying participants may pursue an accredited graduate degree while remaining deeply engaged in ministry.

For churches
Developing people where they are known.
The Antioch Project helps churches identify, form, and prepare future vocational ministry leaders within the context where their calling and character can be known. Participants learn while serving, receive input from people who know them, and apply biblical principles to real ministry opportunities and challenges.
Antioch is offered at select campuses within the 17:6 Network.
